About Me

Chaim Tarshish, PhD

As a clinical psychologist with a foundation in cognitive neuroscience, I work with individuals facing the complex emotional challenges of stress-related anxiety and depression, cultural adjustment, chronic and neurodegenerative conditions, and aging-related cognitive changes.

My goal is to provide a compassionate space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered.

My Approach to Cognitive Therapy

There’s no one-size-fits-all path in therapy—and finding the right approach for you can feel overwhelming.

My therapeutic style is integrative and evidence-based, grounded in both clinical psychology and cognitive neuroscience. This foundation allows me to tailor support to your unique needs, experiences, and life context.

With warmth and collaboration at the core of my work, I help clients navigate complex emotional, cognitive, and cultural challenges—supporting you in building clarity, developing coping strategies, resilience, and a deeper sense of well-being.
